Parties and events are permitted for an additional fee.
Rates are as follows below. Numbers are no of people attending or visiting the residence and is the total for the stay not in addition to the published rate. Plus a $300 cleaning fee.
You are liable for any and all damages. If damages occur, an additional fee of 2% of damages will be added for time and inconvenience of repairing the damages. Also if the house is so damaged that future bookings have to be canceled, you will be charged for the amount of the loss of those bookings as well.

Everything is Negotiable.
If a party or event is reported, and not approved, it will be stopped and everyone will be forced to leave.
